We collect the buyer’s name and email, attendee names, event commitments, selected availability dates, chosen admission prices, optional extras and donations, purchases, ticket check-in, and payment/refund references to operate your events and account. Stripe processes card details; this application does not store card numbers.

Secure cookies maintain sign-in and protect forms. Email sign-in links are short-lived and single-use. Invited organizers see attendee information for their assigned events. Account and event messages are sent through our configured email provider.

We do not sell attendee information. Ask about access, correction, or deletion by emailing connect@heartvalleysprings.com. Financial and operational records may need to be retained for accounting, disputes, or other required purposes.
