Ticket terms

buildittheywill.com offers events organized by Heart Valley Springs. Each event page identifies its time, place, ticket prices, processing fees, confirmation requirement, commitment deadline, and refund policy.

Conditional tickets

Committing saves your card through Stripe and authorizes later charges at the displayed prices. You may withdraw an uncharged commitment until the event begins charging. Reaching the commitment threshold starts charging. Events requiring a paid-ticket minimum remain provisional until that minimum succeeds.

If the event fails its deadline or paid-ticket recovery window, uncharged commitments are canceled and collected payments are refunded. Tickets require successful payment and event confirmation.

Classes with proposed dates

Choose all the dates you can attend. Your commitment counts toward each selected date, but covers only one session of that class. One uniquely qualifying date is selected automatically. If qualifying dates tie, the organizer has up to 24 hours to choose; without a decision, the qualifying review candidate with the most commitments is selected, with equal counts resolved by the earliest date. Selections close eight days before each session. During the following 24-hour review, the organizer may approve that date below its advertised minimum. Your charge authorization includes this approval when the approved date is one you selected.

Your selected admission price, optional extras, donation, fees and dates are shown for review before secure checkout and preserved with your order. If none of your dates is selected, your commitment is released without a charge. You can update open date choices from your account before selection or withdraw an uncharged commitment. Confirmation based on commitments keeps the class scheduled despite failed cards; each attendee still needs successful payment for admission.

Bundles

A two-event bundle may produce two separate charges. The first qualifying event uses its standalone price. The later event receives the remaining bundle price only after your earlier event is paid and confirmed. If only one qualifies, you pay that event’s standalone price. The event pages disclose processing fees. Once a discount has been charged, no later discount clawback is automatically charged to your card.

Refunds and admission

Voluntary refunds are disabled unless the event explicitly offers them. Where offered, refunds must respect the stated cutoff and cannot reduce paid-ticket attendance below the event minimum. Organizer cancellation refunds are not subject to that minimum. Refunds go to the original payment method; bank processing times vary. Refunded tickets are invalid for admission.
